ROOMIT’S COMMERCIAL TEAM STRUGGLED TO DEMONSTRATE THE VALUE OF CLIENTS UTILIZING THIRD PARTY CONTENT TO SUPPLEMENT THEIR HOTEL PROGRAM.
We were tasked with developing a strategy to demonstrate the benefits of using the RoomIt Hotel Program to compliment their own programs.
Partnering with the Market Strategy team, we did an analysis of clients utilizing third party hotel content. We then identified a singular client to to develop a case study, using a number of proof points to demonstrate the value of RoomIt’s hotel program.
RoomIt’s Hotel Program grew 57% from the Q1 – Q2 after launch. With the growth of client usage, RoomIt was able to add 170 third party hotel partners in the first year.
