Dr. UchéBlackstock has written a book, LEGACY: A Black Physician Reckons With Racism In Medicine, detailing the impact her mother has had on her career, and what it means to be a Black physician in society today. We shot the promotional video with a call to action to pre-order LEGACY. We also created collateral to share during a speaking engagement and shot promotional pictures as well. LEGACY released on 1/23, and is available for order here.
We were tasked with producing a video to highlight the client’s book was available for pre-order. We were also tasked with creating social content from the speaking engagements Dr. Blackstock was attending.
We developed a script and storyboard for the book reveal video. We traveled with Dr. Blackstock to capture the speaking engagements.
Using the content we captured at the speaking engagements, we created several videos for social media. We shared the photographs with the client for her own future use.
