AMEX GBT ASKED US TO CRAFT A MESSAGING TO POSITION THEIR NEW HOTEL PROGRAM FOR THEIR MIDDLE MARKET CLIENT SEGMENT.
We were tasked with devising the product mix that would appeal to this client segment, the internal and external communications announcing the product launch, and the training materials for the Commercial team and the Operations team.
We worked with the Technology team to determine the product stack. We developed the value proposition, then coordinated with Marketing Communications to create collateral for the Sales Enablement team. We then crossed the globe, socializing the new hotel programs to the stakeholders.
Client Managers achieved a 96% retention rate, Sales won 5 Enterprise clients and 240 Middle Market clients enrolled in the new hotel program.
